Scanpan fusion 5 pans are solidly made from 5 layers of alloy and stainless steel. The 3 ply thermal core heats up very quickly and is very responsive to heat changes – this gives perfect control to the cook.
The thermal core is part of the whole pan and extends right up to the rim. This ensures that the whole pan is rapidly and evenly heated through – saving energy.
The entire pan is encased in easy clean 18/10 stainless steel.
Saucepans and casseroles are provided with useful capacity markings on the inside.
Fusion 5 stainless steel pans will never warp or buckle – even after extended use. Substantial cast stainless steel handles are securely fixed to the pan. They are ergonomically shaped for comfort.
Scanpan Fusion 5 stainless steel roasting tins are suitable for use in the oven and on all hobs, including induction and the base on Fusion 5 pans is perfectly flat and is suitable for use on flat hotplates and Aga’s.
